CNET Analysis: For those of you who happened to miss Samsung’s global unveiling of the new Galaxy S4 smartphone, we have a video recap to share with you now, allowing you to get more intimate with the device and recap on some of the new features that the company’s new flagship phone possesses. The Galaxy S4 is expected to be available in Europe towards the end of April, with a US release landing on carriers sometime afterwards. The big talking point about the device, is that the International version of the Galaxy S4 is equipped with Samsung’s state of the art Exynos 5 processor, which comprises of eight chips. There’s also a 13 megapixel pixel on board compared to the 8 megapixel shooter seen in the Galaxy S3, along with some brand new software features which have now been showcased in greater detail by Samsung. The company has released a new video, taking a look at new Galaxy S4 software such as the S Translator, Air View, Air Gesture, Dual Camera, and Sound &Shot features. You have probably already seen Air View in action during the event, but here we have another look at the feature and another chance to debate whether you think it is a little too over top and on the gimmick side of things as others have said. Samsung has also touted the ability to use Air View on the Galaxy S4 with a pair of gloves on if needed – a feature that will actually come in very useful we feel upon release. For those that really like to edit pictures and mess around with photo features, you’ll enjoy the Galaxy S4 dual-camera feature as well which also incorporates the front camera and rear camera into the same shot, allowing for some amusement between you and friends. Samsung has said that this is the first video of many coming that will give you a further insight into what the Galaxy S4 can do.
