CNews KARACHI: The Central leader of Muttahida Qaumi Movement, MQM Dr. Farooq Sattar has said on Monday that President Pervez Musharraf has proved his slogan “Pakistan First” right with his resignation.Talking to Geo News after president’s resignation, he said President Musharraf played his part to overcome the political instability prevailing in the country. President Musharraf always gave importance and priority to the country’s interests, he added.Dr. Sattar further said, “President Musharraf has responded to the charges of ruling coalition with dignity.”The process of national reconciliation initiated by the president should be continued, added Sattar. He said that the responsibility to get the reconciliation process going lies on the shoulders of present leadership during such critical phase.
