AWAZ Apni KARACHI : Scores of people were injured in a bomb explosion at M A Jinnah road, here on Monday, AWAZ APNI News reported.According to the initial report, explosion took place near Jama Cloth.Victims have been taken to the hospitals where emergency has been imposed.Ambulances and Rescue teams reached the site soon after the incident.

CNews KARACHI: The majority of educational institutions, specially universities and colleges on Wednesday remained either closed or no classes were held there to mourn the killing of four students in the Karachi University.The funeral prayer of JI activists Abdul Jabbar, Osama bin Adam and Hassan Ather was held here on M. A. Jinnah road on Wednesday. JI Amir Qazi Hussain Ahmed offered the funereal prayer. Speaking on the occasion he said that conspiracies were being hatched to disturb the peace of Karachi.Meanwhile, Nazim Ala Islami Jamiat Talba Pakistan Atiqur Rehman has said that it was the second incident of killings of IJT activists in University of Karachi.He alleged that activists of a rival group held the Karachi University hostage for two hours and killed IJT workers Abdul Jabbar and Osama bin Adam, but police and law enforcement agencies played the role of silent spectator, giving the terrorist a free hand.
