CNews Karachi: Nazim Karachi Syed Mustafa Kamal has said that despite of withholding development funds by federal and provincial governments, city government will complete four mega development projects costing Rs1.75 billion in Karachi before the holy month of Ramadan.He expressed these views while talking to media representatives during an inspection of the ongoing development projects on Tuesday night.He said that the Haq Parast leadership will fulfill its duty of public service.
