CNews ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Tuesday filed an application in a court seeking resumption of a trial against former premier Nawaz Sharif and his brother Shahbaz on graft charges, in what would be seen as a politically motivated move.The move by the controversial anti-corruption watchdog, which is under the law ministry, to reopen the case came just nine days after Sharif pulled his PML-N party out of the PPP-led ruling coalition.There was no immediate reaction from the Sharif brothers to the move to reopen charges against them. CNews RAWALPINDI: Rawalpindi Accountability Court adjourned hearing of three corruption cases against Muslim League-N leaders Nawaz Sharif and Shahbaz Sharif till May 22.Accountability Court-IV of Rawalpindi, earlier heard Hudaibiya Paper Mills, Ittifaq Foundries references against Nawaz Sharif, Shahbaz Sharif and other family members.Deputy Prosecutor General of National Accountability Bureau Zulfiqar Bhutta requested the court for two weeks’ break for the hearing, as NAB has been under pressure of work to settle the cases under the National Reconciliation Ordinance. The judge adjourned the case proceedings till May 22.
