PC World and PC Magazine were two of my favorite magazines long time ago. But both reached a moment when the amount of publicity was more than the amount of good articles. On top of that, few articles published about Tablet PCs and UMPC were enough to make me cancel my subscriptions and start reading more web materials. I went green. But in the last few days I have found some articles posted at PC World that I found very good. Later on I'll post about them but Today here is the link to the list of the Best Windows 7 Downloads .

Hacker's succeeded in cracking Microsoft Windows 7 activation even before it got officially released on 22 October 2009, now the same guy Hazar has came up with another utility 'RemoveWAT' which claims to completely remove Windows Activation Technologies (WAT) from the operating-system allowing users with illegal copies of Windows 7 toactivate their copies and enjoy retaining genuine status

Windows 7 has been released to the public, on 5th of May. The Downloadable version will be valid till January 2010, which is exactly when the Box copy of this new Version of Windows will be released to the Public. Since the beta version was released, hundreds of testers from UK had tested it. They all came back with almost the same suggestions, 'I want it to be faster.' Amongst speed, contry specific wallpapers and screensavers were also common suggestions. Windows 7 Features • There will be a OSX-like dock, though how OS X-like is yet to be seen. • Multi-touch gestures in photogalleries like two-finger zoom, flicking, and panning. Think of the photo app on the Microsoft Surface table. • Multi-touch paint program where you can draw with 10 fingers (again, think of what you've already seen in Surface) • Multi-touch piano app • In-depth mapping application that pulls from Microsoft's Live Maps and Microsoft Virtual Earth These features that are avilable are only demo vers...

At this point in the Windows 7 news game, it's important to take this information with a grain of salt. Still, previous builds that leaked turned out to be legitimate, so there's every reason to believe that 7048 is the real deal, too.
