CNews ISLAMABAD: Federal cabinet meeting was underway at Prime Minister’s secretariat here on Wednesday.Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani was presiding over the meeting, to review law and order situation, power and wheat crises and price hike issues. Foreign ministry has briefed the cabinet about the efforts carried out for the release of abducted Pakistani ambassador in Afghanistan Tariq Azizuddin.The cabinet members were also taken into confidence about the consultation process within the ruling coalition for restoration of deposed judges.The decisions of cabinet would likely to be announced in the evening today
