Marvel vs. Capcom 3 Roster: Final 2 Characters Revealed

CNET Games: It may have taken quite a bit of time and several character reveals, but we finally know the full roster for the upcoming Marvel vs. Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds game. Just last week we announced that Taskmaster and Akuma had been added to the list, which left two final fighters to be revealed. According to a recent article over at vg247.com by Stephany Nunneley, Capcom has just revealed that the final two characters to be added to the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster are Sentinel and Hsien-ko. The developer has also released a couple of gameplay videos, which show both fighters in action. You can view the character trailers (courtesy of Eurogamer) via the VG247 website. A few screenshots for the MvC3 game – which will be available for the PS3 and Xbox 360 on February 15th in the US and February 18th in Europe – have also been released, and can be seen on the eurogamer.net website. As Tamoor Hussain from the computerandvideogames.com website recently reported (via iplaywinner.com ), the Hsien-Ko character comes from the Darkstalkers title, which is just one of Capcom's many other 2D fighting games. As you can see from the video, she appears to be a combo-heavy fighter. Sentinel, the mutant-hunting robot that was also featured in the Marvel vs. Capcom 2 game, is probably a favorite among MvC players. What do you think about the final two characters? Were you hoping to see any others added to the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 roster? More On: Capcom , Marvel Vs Capcom 3 For more coverage: Follow Product Reviews on Twitter Become a Fan on Facebook

In Depth: Could robots be the writers of the future?

CNETAnalysis: It might be concerned with aliens, outer space and dimensional jumping for now, but ‘sci-fi’ might have to be redefined if the latest advances in automated writing continue apace. Software that can construct sentences, analyse data and even put a ‘spin’ on a news story are threatening to make the newsdesk and the author’s writing room very different places. The end for journalists? Journalism isn’t complicated. The popularity of online news stories can be tracked – and therefore the importance of news easily ranked – while almost everything is written using the inverted pyramid structure . Since automated writing software can already do most of that, are we looking at the last generation of human journalists? Narrative Science’s Quill is the leading automated writing software title. It transforms structured data into readable, plain English stories that are identical to those written by humans, ...
