PERTH: Pakistan T20 skipper Shahid Afridi is set to miss the only Twenty20 clash with Australia after he was banned for two Twenty20 matches on Sunday. The International Cricket Council found Afridi guilty of tampering the bill during the final one-day international against Australia. Afridi admitted the charge, after which the match referee put a two Twenty20 matches ban on him. Coach Inftikhab Alam described the ban as ‘unfortunate’. It may be reminded here that Shahid Afridi was seen tampering the ball with his teeth during the final ODI match.

Awaz Apni MUMBAI: Hindu right-wing group Shiv Sena activists today staged protest against Shahrukh Khan outside his residence for supporting the inclusion of Pakistani cricketers in the IPL issue. Although SRK's residence was put under high security, Mumbai police had to fight back to bring the situation under control as it arrested 25-30 Sena activists. Earlier, Sena workers on Sunday tore up Shah Rukh's posters and burnt them outside a theatre in Kandivali. They also threatened the manager of theatre not to show the movie ‘My Name Is Khan' in cinema hall. According to reports, Sena is also reportedly planning to protest outside the actor's house Mannat.
