Awaz Apni: PESHAWAR/ISLAMABAD: Terrorists attacked a Pakistan Air Force (PAF) camp in Badaber area and killed 15 worshipers offering prayers inside a mosque, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said.  According to details the number of casualties was confirmed at 29, of which 15 were martyred in the mosque, 7 while performing ablution in the barracks next to the mosque, 3 including one officer embraced martyrdom while fighting the terrorists and 4 civilians employed at the base also met their maker. "Terrorists entered the camp at 2 points and further split in into sub groups. The encounter began immediately due to quick response. The terrorists were contained within a close area. Breaking News RAWALPINDI: The Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) Sunday termed Malala Yousafzai's condition 'satisfactory' and that it was witnessing a steady improvement. It said that Malala Yousafzai was taken off the ventilator for some time and was later placed back on it. The ISPR also said that the option to send her abroad for further treatment was being considered. Earlier, the 14-year old activist's doctors also termed the CT scan and other medical reports of Malala Yousafzai as satisfactory. AMagazine ISLAMABAD: Director General ISPR has declared that Pakistan Army has not received so far the government’ order of sending ISI chief to India. Talking to Awaz Apni Friday night, Maj. Gen Athar Abbas said no written orders for ISI chief’s proposed visit to neighboring India has so far been received by the Army. Commenting on India’s accusations on alleged involvement of Pakistan’s intelligence agencies in Mumbai attacks, Abbas said the country has blamed Pakistan for many terrorism incidents occurred in its land in past but all its allegations were proved baseless. He said India would be asked to present the details of its accusations against Pakistan.

CNews RAWALPINDI: Chief of Army Staff (COAS)General Ashfaq Parvez Kayani on Wednesdays said that the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the country will be defended at all cost and no external force is allowed to conduct operations inside Pakistan. CNews RAWALPINDI: Reportedly, eleven militants have been killed and 15 to 20 were injured in an exchange of fire with security forces in South Waziristan Agency. According to ISPR, on the night between 26-27 August at about 2330 hours, around 75 to 100 militants attacked Tiarza Fort and Tiarza Bridge Checkpost in South Waziristan Agency. CNews RAWALPINDI: The three-day skirmishes between the security men and the militants have taken the toll of 45 security men martyred, while 150 militants killed. ISPR handout said that 20 security men and 50 militants were also wounded in the ensuing clashes since Saturday. ISLAMABAD: Gen Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani has been named Vice Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan Army on Tuesday.Gen. Ashfaq Kiani has been promoted to vice chief of the army staff and he will take the top job when Musharraf vacates it. Gen. Tariq Majid has been named chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee.Lt. Gen. Pervez Ashraf Kiyani has been promoted as General and appointed the Vice Chief of Army Staff, an ISPR statement said. Gen. Ashfaq Kiyani joined Pakistan Army in 1970 and he was promoted to Lt.
