CNews ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz has said that the spirit demonstrated by the people of Pakistan on October 8 earthquake was unprecedented. He said that the government would continue to place all possible resources for rehabilitation of the quake victims. Addressing the ECO international conference to commemorate October 8 earthquake, Aziz said it was the worst tragedy that hit the country. He said the reconstruction of such a vast areas located in one of the most difficult terrains of the world was a gigantic task. He said the contribution by the people of Pakistan was enormous nevertheless the assistance extended by the entire world was equally significant to cope with the unprecedented challenge in the history of Pakistan.
