CNews KARACHI: The bulls returned to Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) Monday as 100-Index gained 139.52 points to close at 10,374.30, a dealer said. The turnover volume was low at 93.853 million shares as prices of 129 scrips sustained losses while 115 recorded gains and 21 remained unchanged. A dealer at a leading brokerage house said that the selling pressure was eased today (Monday) as bulls entered the market and resorted to fresh buying, boosting prices of leading scrips. Although, the Index was close to fall below 10,000 level, the buying spree gave support to the market and Index started moving up gradually. The news that Finance Minister Syed Naveed Qamar will visit KSE Tuesday, gave support to the confidence of investors, he added. The market capitalization was improved by Rs 48.61 billion to Rs 3.244 trillion.
