Everytime you get a ticket, do you not always hope that there was a way to stop you from driving over the speed-limit? There is a software, which is still under going testing, that physically prevents your car from going over the speed limit. It is a clear cut method to not get caught speeding. Transport for London is to try out a piece of software which stops motorists from going over the speed limit.Supporters says it will reduce deaths and injuries, but critics say it could hinder rather than help. Graham Satchell went to test it out.
