سپریم کورٹ بار ایسوسی ایشن کے صدر اعتزاز احسن نے متحدہ قومی موومنٹ کی لیڈر شپ کو خدا کا واسطہ دیکر اپیل کی ہے کہ وہ کراچی میں نکلے اور لگی ہوئی آگ کو بجھائے۔ لاہور میں ایک پریس کانفرنس سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے اعتزاز احسن نے کہا کہ ’خدارا کراچی میں آگ لگانا بند کریں۔‘ انہوں نے کہا یہ کراچی میں کس بات کی آگ لگائی جارہی ہے وہاں تو ابھی بارہ مئی کا زخم بھی نہیں بھرا ہے۔ انہوں نےکہا کراچی کی ملیر بار کو آگ لگا دی گئی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ یہ کراچی کی ایک ایسی بار ہے جس کے صدر کو بارہ مئی کو اس لیے زدوکوب کیا گیا اور گولی ماری گئی کیونکہ وہ ایک بڑی جماعت سے ہٹ کر موقف اپناتے تھے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اب پھر کراچی کو جلایا گیا ہے۔ بیسیوں بسیں جل رہی ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ’ کراچی روشنیوں کا شہر ہے، یہ ہمارا شہر ہے، پاکستان کا وقار ہے اگریہ جل رہا ہے تو سارا پاکستان جل رہا ہے‘۔ بیرسٹر اعتزاز احسن نے کہا کہ انہیں بتایا گیا ہے کہ کراچی کی عدالتوں میں فائرنگ ہو رہی ہے۔ انہوں نے سوال اٹھایا کہ آخر کراچی میں کس بات پر فائرنگ ہورہی ہے جبکہ خود انہوں نے اور وکلاء رہنماؤں نے ڈاکٹر شیر افگن کو بچانے کی کوشش کی تھی۔ انہوں...

Govt has its guesthouse for Benazir: Arbab

Arbab alleges PPP of applying double standards

KARACHI: Chief Minister of Sindh Arbab Ghulam Rahim has accused Peoples of applying double standards. The party on the one hand has accepted the uniform by reaching to a deal with government while on the other it has announced boycott of the presidential election, Sindh chief minister said. Talking to Geo News Saturday Arbab said that PPP yesterday accepted the uniform and the Reconciliation Ordinance and reached to a deal with the government, while today they have announced to boycott the election. He said President Musharraf is expected to get 104 votes in Sindh Assembly.
