ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party and presidential candidate Justice (retd) Wajihuddin Ahmed, Tuesday filed petitions in Supreme Court to challenge the Election Commission decision of validating the nomination of Gen Pervez Musharraf for the slot of the president.The petitions filed in the Supreme Court, praying to the apex court to grant stay against the presidential poll being held on October 6.Senator Latif Khosa filed Peoples Party’s petition in the court. Talking to media on the occasion he said the presidential office can affect the elections.
