Produced by Aamir and directed by journalist Anusha Rizvi, Peepli Live is a satirical picture of farmers’ suicidal cases in villages. With a series of blockbusters hits – Taare Zameen Par, Ghajini and 3 Idiots from Aamir, Salman did not let the actor touch him under the fear if his touch would have transformed him into gold. Sallu Bhai said that the movie is a comedy on the one hand and a tragedy on the other.
