Too much exposure to asbestos leads to Mesothelioma a cancer where malignant cells develop in the mesothelium, a protective lining that covers most of the body's internal organ. most commonly found in pleura (outer lining of the lungs and chest cavity).

But may also occur in the peritoneum ( the lining of abdominal cavity) or in pericardium (a sac that sourounds the heart).Most people who suffered from mesothelioma, being reported have worked and inhaled asbestos particles or have been exposed severely to asbestos dust and fibre in the other way such as by washing the clothes of a family member who works with asbestos or home construction using asbestos cement products.
