Promotion of Positive Traditions and Sustainability of the Country --- Altaf Hussain

CNews London: Mr. Altaf Hussain, founder and leader of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) has unconditionally welcomed the decision of the Pakistan Peoples Party and Muslim League (N) to form a coalition government with open heart for the sake of the stability and promotion of democracy, establishing positive traditions, wellbeing of the people and stability of peace, economic strength and sustainability of the country. He said this while addressing a representative gathering of business community and prominent citizens of Karachi represented by industrialists, businessmen, Karachi Chamber of Commerce, SITE and KORANGI Associations, Memon Community, Ismaili Community, Defence and Clifton, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Society and North Nazimabad Residents Committees, Muttahida Cultural Forum, Research and Advisory Council, Mohajir Rabita Council, MQM Central Co-ordination Committee, newly MQM elected Members of National and Provincial Assemblies, Haq Parast Senators and office bearers of the different wings of the MQM, today.
Mr Altaf Hussain welcoming the decision of forming coalition government said that the MQM will support every positive step of the coalition government for the betterment of the country and the people, promotion of democracy, strengthening of economy, alleviation of poverty, unemployment, hike in prices, load shedding of electricity and shortage of potable water, welfare of the poor and strengthening of the country. Mr Altaf Hussain expressed his gratitude and paid tribute to the businessmen, industrialists, Memon Community and other Communities for extending their support and cooperation to the MQM during the Elections. The representatives of the Business community, Industrialists and all others communities congratulated Mr Altaf Hussain on the successes of the representatives of the MQM with overwhelming majority in the Elections 2008.
