CNews RAWALPINDI: Punjab Additional IG, CID has said that the firing and suicide bombing was committed by the same person on Benazir and the earlier assumption of firing by one person and suicide bombing by the other was not correct.Addressing a press conference, Punjab AIG said that a reward of Rs1 million has been announced for providing information relating to the Benazir Bhutto murder case on the already given two telephone numbers.Punjab AIG CID told that the Benazir Bhutto murder case Pakistan’s joint probe team comprised of 7 members, while that of Scotland Yard 11 members. He said that the government gave a free hand to the joint team investigating Benazir Bhutto murder case. Two persons named Rafaqat and Husnain Gul have been arrested for facilitating the suicide bomber as a result of the investigations, he said. AIG told that Benazir Bhutto’s security in-charge was interrogated and those accompanying Benazir Bhutto would also be included in the investigations. He said that the Scotland Yard team checked out 15 evidences and from these evidences discovered what caused Benazir Bhutto’s murder.

July 05: A Pakistani Scientist in Britain has invented a new chemical for processing plastic (polythene) bags which has the quality of dissolution after its use in 105 days.A manufacturing unit for these plastic bags was being set up in Turkey while interest has been shown in the setting up of a big unit and manufacturing firm’s head quarter in Karachi which will be used to supply such dissolvable polythene bags to Asian countries.
