Forgetting past friends no MQM tradition: Altaf

CNews KARACHI: Muttehadda Qaumi Movement chief Altaf Hussain said that there is a relation of friendship and love with PML (Q) and this is not the tradition of the MQM to forget its past friends.
He said this while talking on telephone at Nine Zero with PML (Q) chief Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, senator Mushahid Hussain and president PML (Q) NWFP Ameer Muqam.
Welcoming the PML (Q) leaders, Altaf Hussain said that the MQM has longer relations with the PML (Q) and there is a relation of love and friendship which will stand long.
Altaf Hussain said that the MQM is a democracy-loving party and it would play its role in promotion of security, survival and democracy in the country whether it would remain in the opposition or be the part of a coalition government.
He prayed to Allah for providing Pakistan stability and a rule on it by good and true people and also free the country and the nation from dacoits and looters.
Chaudhry Shjaat Hussain while talking on this occasion with Altaf Hussain said that the PML (N) has violated the Charter of Democracy and the arguments of Altaf Hussain are just like patriot missiles which would strike on the target accurately.
He said that the relations would go more stronger by his visit to Karachi after his meeting with Altaf Hussain in London.
Ameer Muqam while talking on the occasion assured that the Pakhtoon people of Karachi are also with the MQM.

Imran Khan sent me inappropriate text messages, claims Ayesha Gulalai

ISLAMABAD: Former Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf MNA Ayesha Gulalai alleged that Imran Khan sent her inappropriate text messages. Addressing a press conference, Gulalai said she wanted to hold presser tomorrow but as some PTI women had a press conference so she had to respond. “I am not concerned about party ticket or NA-1 seat, it is an illogical allegation, she said.  “Among many things, sending text messages is one of their bad habits,” she said. Gulalai said that Imran Khan always talks about turn of people to leave, adding that now it’s the PTI chairman’s turn. “Imran Khan cannot keep himself in control,” she said. The former PTI MNA said that Imran wanted to introduce western culture. She said that she is not the only one facing such a situation, many women in the party are facing such behaviour. She said that when she was in the PPP, she felt very safe. “I am not joining Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz,” she said.  In one of the party meetings, Imran uttered...
