CNews Islamabad:Issue of restoration of deposed judges will be challenge in the Supreme Court of Pakistan sources from Aiwan-e-Sadar revealed here on Thursday.
Strategies have been formulated in case if the executive order is given or the bill is presented in National Assembly for the restoration of deposed judges then the issue will be challenge in Supreme Court.
Sources said petition against the restoration of deposed judges will be filed by the opposition Muttahida Qaumi Movement and Pakistan Muslim league Quaid (PML-Q).
The assemblies would be dissolved if the situation gets worst. Meanwhile the Chief Justice of Supreme Court of Pakistan Abdul Hameed Dogar would also have the authority to call the army to control the condition sources said.
