CNews WANA: Extremists in South Waziristan have killed twenty-eight members of peace committee whereas 2 are reported missing.
According to sources, extremists were kidnapped 30 members of the peace committee on Tuesday after a clash in Jandola in which 12 were killed and 15 sustained injuries.
Twenty-eight out of 30 have been killed and their bodies have been recovered from Kariwam, an adjoining area of Jandola on Wednesday.
Two members are still missing. The deceased were belonged to Bhattni tribe.
Situation becomes tense in the area after the recovery of the bodies.
