CNews KARACHI: A tamed lion, escaped from a home, was caught from nearby car showroom at the PECSH locality here in Karachi.People started making noise on Friday night as they found a lion strolling on the street.
Police and municipal services’ teams rushed to the spot, caught lion and entrusted to master.
The incident appealed many young boys, aged, women and children.
Sindh government has issued directives to take all wild pets into the custody of government here on Saturday. The order was issued by Provincial Minister for Wild Life Diya Ram after taking notice of the incident of escaped lion from a home in Karachi on Friday night.
The minister also issued instructions to Secretary Wild Life for conducting an inquiry into the incident and submit the report within two days.
He further advised the Director of Karachi Zoo Mansoor Qazi to take all wild pets into the government.
