LG Media Club Pakistan Launched


LG Electronics, Inc. the global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, mobile communications and home appliances, recently announced the launch of its LG Media Club.  With its state-of-the-art digital electronics in the world, LG has always believed in making lives easier and more comfortable with the best technologies available and the Media Club is another such initiative targeting only the media personnel.

The LG Media Club is a platform for the busy media personnel to take some time out and network with each other and share their experiences. Its members are reputable group of individuals who come together on the LG platform and prove to be mutually beneficial in all aspects of life. This club has exclusive members belonging to the world of media who share their rich experiences and techniques with each other.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Su Young Ryu General Manager LG Electronics stated, “, LG has always valued its media friends, not just in Pakistan, but in all other regions too. Pakistan’s media standing is very dynamic with people of varied interests and area of specialization.” He elaborated on the purposeful launch of the media club by stating that it was a much-awaited step that needed to be taken to bring all the media dignitaries on one platform to share their experiences.
Further Mr. Ryu expressed grief at the loss of lives, infrastructure and the ongoing crisis adding that LG and Pakistan hold a very special place and LG has also decided to not only monetarily assist these flood victims but also partner with registered NGOs to provide them with food, shelter, medicine, clothes and other basic necessities to bring them back to their normal way of life. All LG employees worldwide have also decided to donate a certain percentage of their salaries for these flood victims.
Also speaking on the occasion, Mr.  Imran Zaki, Marketing Manager LG Electronics, “Being a member of the LG Media Club shall prove to be very rewarding for you too in terms of valuable exchange of experiences as well as attractive incentives from LG.” Further he mentioned how this was another step taken by LG to demonstrate how it values the Media and wants the community to grow.
The launch event concluded with the media invitees being given LG hampers followed by refreshments.
