Fashion designer Sara Taseer is highlighting the name of the country in ‘Jewelry making’. She is considered amongst the few yet prominent names of Fashion jewelry designers. Sara Taseer is basically a graduate from The London School of Economics LSE. UK; but her love for jewels pushed her into this field. She started her career from banking line and worked in international banks in the UK and Hong Kong. Then, in New York City, she got the opportunity to work at a jewelry marketing and manufacturing concern. In this way, she learnt the intricacies of the entire trade under the umbrella of a large firm.
Later on, Sara Taseer moved to Hong Kong with her husband, when she was fully prepared to go in her own. She completed her GIA Gemological Institute of America certification. During the course Sara Taseer made many connections with local manufacturers and factories. She negotiated credit terms and financing lines as well as quality control agreements; she has not looked back.
Now Sara Taseer Shoeab is successfully running the business of jewelry making in Pakistan. She has her own flagship store in Gulberg, Lahore Pakistan. However, she manufacture in Hong Kong, in order to have access to the latest technology at the best prices.
After every three months, Sara launches an entirely new collection. She arranges Fashion exhibitions in three major cities of Pakistan, Lahore, Karachi & Islamabad, also in Hong Kong and New York. At times, the seasons inspire her, but the latest obsession of Sara Taseer Shoeab was with the very traditional Chaand Bali and she has created jewellery around the shape of the new crescent moon, which is very romantic. Sara has also worked butterflies into her collection for Spring, and she decided to work with those after seeing all the big design houses like Tiffany, Van Cleef and even Piaget are all incorporating their own version into jewellery.
From the last six to seven years, Sara Taseer is continuously inspiring hundreds of jewelry lovers in the country, through her delicate yet stunning gems & jewels. She is tremendously gaining the trust of a large number of loyal clients, through her shows and exhibitions. Diamonds are the signature of Sara Taseer. Sara Taseer Shoeab also has the honor of attending 4-5 international jewellery fairs and is becoming an encyclopedia of jewelry design.
