If not then come to this solution. 2) download bbsak from bbsak.org 3) hopefully you have backed stuff up with yr desktop manager if not you will loose everything. Pain but this works. For me anywayz it did. 4) click on wipe device on the bbsak once you entered yr password and you’re bbm / pin shows up and u have more options. 5) then load os and click on update or at least update you’re phone connected to yr desktop manager. Research before you do this. It works though let me know with you’re comments.
