ISLAMABAD: Federal Defence Minister Syed Naveed Qamar Friday said Pakistan is still persistent on its demand for an apology from the US over Salala check post’s brazen attack by the NATO forces stationed in Afghanistan.

Talking to media here, he said whatever is the best in the interest of Pakistan, will be undertaken.

Naveed Qamar noted that Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) is failing to provide the required services owing to the shortage of airplanes.

On this occasion, Chairman PIA Rao Qamar Suleman said the efforts are being made to improve the standard of the national flag carrier. SAMAA
