ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court of Pakistan has demanded Federal Interior Minister Rehman Malik’s reply till October 3 in dual nationality case, SAMAA reports.
A notice has been issued by the Supreme Court to Rehman Malik on Saturday, asking him to appear before the court and present list of dual nationality holder members of the Parliament and provincial assemblies.
Rehman Malik said while talking to media that if court will ask then he would present a list of dual nationality holder members, it has been stated in the court notice.
The Supreme Court has instructed the Information Secretary to provide draft of Rehman Malik’s press conferences, held on September 20 and 21, with complete record.
Two more notices have been sent to MNAs Shenaz Sheikh and Rai Ghulam Mujtaba by the Supreme Court for submitting their clear view points over dual nationality issue. SAMAA
